The worksheets and pre-class videos are integrated with and complementary to topics to be covered in class. The videos link to mp4 files on our eCOMMONS page (viewed with any mp4 viewer). They consist of narrated slides that are also found in the PDF files on the TOPICS and HANDOUTS WWW-pages. Many of these topics are also covered in excellent videos found on the WWW and we have links to them on the worksheets. You may prefer to use these more professionally produced WWW resources !

  The workdsheets provide a structure that will help you actively engage the topics as they are presented (rather than have the material 'bounce off' and then pre-exam panic !!). Homework problems relevant to each worksheet topic, perhaps the most actve way of developing an undertanding of chemistry, are indicated in the margins.
